How difficult is it to process tungsten rods? How to customize special sizes?
Tungsten rods have high hardness (Mohs hardness 7.5) and high brittleness, and professional equipment is required for processing:
Conventional size: diameter 0.5mm-300mm, length 100mm-3000mm
Customization process: provide drawings → CNC lathe/grinder processing → surface polishing (Ra≤0.8μm)
