Production process of enameled wire
Paying off (joint drawing) → annealing → painting → baking → cooling → lubrication → winding
1. Paying off: evenly release the copper material from the iron shaft to provide raw materials and ensure the stability of the painting. On high-speed machines, the wire is laid out by a joint wire drawing machine.
2. Annealing: soften the bare copper wire, remove the internal stress during the stretching process, rearrange the molecular lattice, and enhance the softness and conductivity.
3. Painting: evenly apply the insulating paint to the bare copper wire, using a mold or felt as a medium.
4. Baking: evaporate the solvent in the paint liquid, solidify the paint-based material, and form a paint film with a solid body structure.
5. Cooling: cool the paint film to further shape it in preparation for the second painting.
6. Lubrication: apply another layer of lubricant on the surface of the enameled wire after painting to reduce friction during processing.
7. Winding up: use a plastic shaft to roll up the finished product after processing and arrange it evenly for customers to process and use.
