Good machinability
Molybdenum plates have the characteristics of low density, which is about 1/3 of iron and copper, and are easy to process. And they can be well processed in electronic devices such as electron tubes, transistors and rectifiers, which shows that they can meet the fine processing requirements in the manufacturing process of electronic devices.
Rolling processing performance
Molybdenum plates will undergo a rolling process in production. After rolling processing with a deformation of 60%, the density of the molybdenum plate increases, and it can achieve high strength and uniform internal structure. It also has good high-temperature creep resistance and can be used to produce reflective screens and cover plates in sapphire crystal growth furnaces.
