Moisture-proof and anti-oxidation:
Molybdenum wire is easy to oxidize in a humid environment, so it needs to be vacuum packed or nitrogen-filled, with a desiccant (such as silica gel) placed inside and an aluminum foil bag or plastic film sealed outside to ensure that the air humidity in the package is less than 5%.
Prevent mechanical damage:
The wire reel needs to be made of high-strength plastic or paper material, and the inner ring diameter should be adapted to the winding tension of the molybdenum wire to avoid loose wire or knotting.
For precision fine-diameter molybdenum wire (such as diameter ≤0.06mm), the surface of the wire reel needs to be smoothed to prevent the wire from being scratched.
