The processing flow of molybdenum crucible mainly includes heat treatment of the semi-finished molybdenum crucible after welding in stages. The following is the specific processing flow:
Stage-by-stage heat treatment: This step is the key link in the processing of molybdenum crucible. It usually includes the use of medium frequency to control the heat treatment process to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of temperature control.
Preheating stage: Under medium frequency control, the molybdenum crucible semi-finished product is preheated at a certain power, and the preheating time is usually 10-30 minutes.
Heating stage: After preheating, increase the power to a higher level and continue heating for 50-80 minutes. At this time, the heating temperature can reach 1500-1800℃, so that the molybdenum crucible can further reach the required temperature state.
Insulation and cooling stage: When the heating temperature reaches the predetermined range, the power is reduced to a lower power and continued to heat for 20-40 minutes to achieve the insulation effect. After that, turn off the medium frequency power supply and let the molybdenum crucible cool naturally or perform other cooling treatments.
