Classification introduction of Zhenan molybdenum wire products
According to different chemical compositions, molybdenum wire can be classified into pure molybdenum wire, lanthanum molybdenum wire, yttrium molybdenum wire and silicon-aluminum-potassium-molybdenum alloy wire, etc.;
According to different uses, it can be divided into cutting molybdenum wire, spraying molybdenum wire, high-temperature molybdenum wire, etc.;
According to different colors, it can be divided into white molybdenum wire and black molybdenum wire.
1. Pure molybdenum wire: refers to a filament with metallic molybdenum as the main raw material, with a black-gray color. After alkali washing, it is white molybdenum wire, which has good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity.
2. Lanthanum molybdenum wire: refers to a filament with rare earth lanthanum added to pure molybdenum wire. Compared with pure molybdenum wire, it has a higher recrystallization temperature and better ductility.
3. Yttrium molybdenum wire: refers to adding yttrium trioxide to molybdenum oxide, using powder metallurgy to make a square billet, and then being processed by rotary forging and stretching to make a product. Compared with pure molybdenum wire, it has better tensile strength, bending performance and room temperature toughness.
4. Cutting molybdenum wire: used for wire cutting, it can cut many conductive materials, such as steel, aluminum, brass, titanium and other types of alloys.
5. Spraying molybdenum wire: mainly used for easily worn automotive parts, such as piston rings, gearbox synchronization parts, selector forks, etc. A layer of coating is formed on the wear surface, which can make the parts under high mechanical load have excellent lubrication and wear resistance.
6. High temperature molybdenum wire: commonly used for high temperature structural materials, such as printed pins, nuts and screws, halogen lamp holders.
