Product features of nickel crucible
High temperature resistance: The melting point of nickel is 1455 degrees. Nickel crucibles can work stably at temperatures up to 1300℃, but it is usually recommended that the melting temperature should not exceed 700 degrees because nickel is easily oxidized at high temperatures.
Oxidation resistance: Nickel crucibles have very good oxidation resistance and can work for a long time at high temperatures without being easily damaged.
Chemical stability: Nickel crucibles show good chemical stability to most acids, alkalis and salts and are not easily corroded. However, it should be noted that it is not suitable for melting samples in acidic solvents such as potassium bisulfate, sodium bisulfate, potassium pyrosulfate, and sulfur-containing alkaline sulfide solvents.
