Rolling method: pure nickel is rolled through multiple passes to be thinned into thinner foil.
Hydroxyl method: pure nickel is dissolved in alkaline solution, nickel hydroxyl compounds are generated through chemical reactions, and then nickel foil is produced through rolling, heating, stretching and other processes.
Deposition method: nickel metal is deposited on the anode through electrolysis in the electroplating solution, and then nickel foil is produced through heating, stretching and other processes. The pulse electrodeposition method in the deposition method has become the preferred technology for preparing high-quality fine-grained nickel foil due to its unique advantages such as high density and uniform grain size distribution.
