Detailed introduction to the classification and specifications of pure nickel strip
Pure nickel strip is a metal strip product made of high-quality electrolytic nickel as raw material, through vacuum melting and subsequent processing. It is defined as a strip nickel material with a nickel content of more than 99%.
There are various ways to classify pure nickel strip. According to the material, it can be divided into pure nickel strip and alloy nickel strip.
From the perspective of surface treatment, there are nickel electroplating strips and nickel-phosphorus alloy strips.
In terms of function, it is divided into elastic nickel strips and thermal conductive nickel strips.
In terms of specifications, the thickness of thin-layer nickel strips is usually less than 0.1mm, which is often used in the manufacture of microelectronic components; the thickness of thick-layer nickel strips is more than 0.1mm, and they are mostly used for battery separators, etc.
Common specifications of pure nickel strips include wide bands 2 - 330mm, thickness 0.05 - 1mm, and length greater than or equal to 3000mm.
