Preparation method of nickel target

 

⑴Sputtering method - DC sputtering: used for non-insulating materials such as nickel, a voltage difference is formed between the target and the substrate through a DC power supply, driving nickel atoms to sputter from the target surface to the substrate. - RF sputtering: suitable for insulating or high-resistance materials. RF sputtering forms a radio frequency electric field between the target and the substrate to excite the gas to generate plasma, thereby promoting the deposition of nickel atoms.
⑵Electron beam evaporation method - In a vacuum environment, a high-energy electron beam is used to hit the nickel target, so that the nickel atoms on its surface gain energy to evaporate and condense on the substrate to form a thin film.
⑶Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) - Nickel is deposited on the substrate surface at high temperature using chemical reactions. This method requires volatile compounds of nickel as reactants, and by precisely controlling the reaction conditions, a high-purity, uniform nickel film can be obtained.
⑷Hot pressing method - Nickel powder is compressed and molded under high temperature and high pressure, usually used to produce high-purity, high-density nickel targets. This method can control the microstructure of the nickel target and improve its physical properties.
⑸Electrolysis - This is a method of depositing nickel directly from a nickel salt solution onto a substrate through an electrolytic process. This technology can produce large-area nickel targets at low cost.
⑹Magnetic sputtering - By adding a magnetic field to control the trajectory of the sputtered particles, the deposition efficiency of the nickel target and the uniformity of the film layer are improved.
