1. Raw material selection and processing
Raw material quality: Ensure that the glass mixture used is of high quality and free of impurities and pollutants.
Mixing uniformly: Ensure uniform mixing of raw materials to avoid local component deviation affecting product quality.
2. Wire drawing process
Temperature control: Heavy oil combustion heating is used in the melting section of the pool kiln to melt into glass liquid, and then liquefied petroleum gas is used to continue heating in the clarification section and clarify it into glass liquid with uniform viscosity. The temperature needs to be precisely controlled to ensure the uniformity and stability of the glass liquid.
Wire drawing speed: The wire drawing speed should be moderate. Too fast or too slow may affect the strength and uniformity of the glass fiber.
Wetting agent selection: Select a suitable wetting agent, such as modified starch type, to improve the surface properties and weaving properties of the glass fiber.
3. Twisting process
Temperature and humidity control: Strictly control the temperature and humidity of the workshop to avoid adverse effects on the original silk cake.
Hot air drying: hot air drying is used during the debonding process to further solidify the impregnation agent applied on the surface of the monofilament to form a protective film.
4. Weaving process
Warping: The warp yarn must have appropriate tension during warping, and the wear-resistant weakness of glass fiber should be targeted to minimize yarn friction to maximize the original strength and elasticity of the yarn.
Sizing: The purpose of sizing is to improve the weaving performance of the warp yarn. The sizing material should be evenly coated on the surface of the warp yarn to form a thin protective film.
Air jet loom: air jet loom is used for weaving to ensure uniform interweaving of warp and weft yarns and smooth fabric surface.
5. Post-processing process
Desizing: pre-sizing and hot desizing are carried out to remove most of the organic matter on the fabric surface and reduce the residual organic matter to below the specified value.
Surface chemical treatment: Silane treatment agent is used to treat the surface of glass fiber cloth chemically to improve the bonding interface between glass fiber and resin and improve the mechanical and electrical properties of composite panels.
