Weaving: Use an air jet loom to weave the sized glass fiber yarn into glass fiber cloth.
High temperature desizing: Desizing the woven glass fiber cloth at high temperature to burn off most of the sizing agent and reduce the residual sizing agent.
Fiber opening treatment: The desizing glass fiber cloth is opened by high pressure jet treatment to make the fibers more dispersed and uniform.
Surface treatment: The fiber opening glass fiber cloth is impregnated with a surface treatment agent such as a silane coupling agent to improve its bonding performance and durability with other materials.
