1. Classification by production process
Pure zinc wire can be divided into hot-dip galvanized wire and cold-dip galvanized wire according to different production processes. Hot-dip galvanized wire is to heat zinc and substrate together to 800-900°C to melt, and then immerse in molten zinc for galvanizing. It has the characteristics of uniform coating and large coating thickness; while cold-dip galvanized wire is to first pickle, copper-plated, dry and other processes before electrogalvanizing the substrate. It has the characteristics of thin coating and smooth surface.
