Introduction to the main processing technology of Zhen'an zinc wire

Casting: Pour the molten zinc liquid into the mold and wait for it to solidify into a solid ingot as the raw material for subsequent processing.
Drawing: Send the ingot into the wire drawing machine for drawing to make it into a thin and uniform zinc wire.
Shaping: Send the drawn zinc wire into the shaping machine for shaping processing to make its shape more regular and the size more accurate.
Cleaning: Send the shaped zinc wire into the cleaning equipment for cleaning to remove dirt and impurities on the surface.
Drying: Send the cleaned zinc wire into the drying equipment for drying to reach a certain moisture content for subsequent packaging and storage.
Packaging: The processed zinc wire is usually packaged by winding, bundling or boxing to facilitate transportation and storage.
