The manufacturing process of tungsten plate mainly includes powder metallurgy and rolling process. Tungsten powder is made into slabs through steps such as powder making, ball milling, pressing, sintering, and then hot rolling, warm rolling or cold rolling into tungsten plate. The hot rolling temperature is between 1350 and 1500℃, and the warm rolling is carried out at a lower temperature to ensure the quality of the plate.

Tungsten plate is widely used, mainly for electric light source parts, electric vacuum devices, high temperature furnace parts, etc. Due to its high melting point and high hardness, tungsten plate is also used to manufacture high-speed cutting tools, wear-resistant parts and superhard molds, and is also used in optical instruments and chemical instruments.
