Introduction to the preparation process of Zhenan tungsten target products
Tungsten targets are usually prepared by powder metallurgy.
First, the tungsten powder is pre-degassed; then, it is sintered once by vacuum hot pressing; finally, it is further densified by hot isostatic pressing to form the final tungsten target. In this process, process parameters such as temperature and pressure need to be strictly controlled to ensure the quality and performance of the tungsten target.
