About Zhenan W round bar
The pure tungsten rod we produce are manufactured in any length and can be cut to the length required by customers, with diameters ranging from 0.020 inches to 1 inch.
W alloy rod have three different surface treatments or finishes, and the availability of surface treatments depends on the end use of the rod.
Black W metal bars – The surface is "forged" or "drawn", retaining the processing lubricant and oxide coating.
Clean W metal rods – The surface is chemically cleaned to remove all lubricants and oxides.
Ground w rods – The surface is centerless ground to remove all coatings and achieve precise diameter control.
