The main production steps of tungsten targets
The production process of tungsten targets usually includes the following steps:
Pre-degassing: Place the tungsten powder in a vacuum heat treatment furnace for pre-degassing, and then introduce hydrogen to continue heating for degassing.
Primary sintering: The degassed tungsten powder is subjected to primary sintering by vacuum hot pressing.
Secondary sintering: The product after primary sintering is subjected to secondary sintering by hot isostatic pressing.
Grinding: The product after secondary sintering is subjected to surface grinding by mechanical processing to obtain the finished product.
