Physical and chemical properties of tungsten target
Tungsten target has high density (about 19.35 g/cm³), high melting point (3410±20℃) and good corrosion resistance. Its crystal structure is body-centered cubic or cubic lattice, with excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength.
