Tungsten copper alloy is prepared by powder metallurgy, and the specific steps include powder making, ingredient mixing, pressing and molding, sintering and infiltration, etc. Due to the large difference in melting points between tungsten and copper, the casting method cannot be used for production. The powder metallurgy method can ensure that the atoms of tungsten and copper penetrate each other to form a uniform alloy structure.
