Production process of tungsten copper alloy
The production process of tungsten copper alloy mainly includes the steps of powder making, batching, pressing, sintering, infiltration and cold working.
First, powder making is carried out, that is, tungsten powder and copper powder are mixed in a certain proportion to obtain the required powder mixture.
Next, batching is carried out, and the mixed powder is further batched to ensure that its composition meets the requirements.
Then, pressing is carried out, the batched powder is placed in a mold, and pressure is applied to form it into the required shape.
Subsequently, sintering and infiltration are carried out, and the formed blank is sintered so that the atoms of tungsten and copper can penetrate each other to form an alloy. This step is usually carried out at high temperature to ensure that tungsten and copper can be fully combined.
Finally, cold working is carried out, and the sintered blank is cut, ground and processed to obtain the required shape and size.
In addition, according to specific production requirements and material properties, other special processing techniques may also be used, such as high-temperature liquid phase sintering, activated liquid phase sintering, vacuum sintering and infiltration, etc.
