Introduction of Tungsten High Alloy Rod
Tungsten high-density alloy rod is mainly composed of tungsten, with a tungsten content of 85% to 97%. Its strength is enhanced by adding materials such as nickel, iron, copper, cobalt, molybdenum and chromium. The density of this alloy is between 16.8 and 18.8 g/cm³.
High-density tungsten alloy rods are manufactured in random lengths or cut into the length required by customers.
The high-density tungsten alloy rods we produce are divided into forged tungsten rods and polished molybdenum rods; the surface of forged high-density alloy rods is allowed to have an oxide film and slight forging hammer marks; the surface of polished high-density alloy rods presents a metallic luster without obvious oxidation; there are no defects such as delamination, cracks, burrs, longitudinal cracks, etc. on both sides.
