How to make tungsten carbide alloy
(I) Preparation of tungsten carbide powder: Use mineral processing technology to crush and separate tungsten-containing ore to turn it into a concentrate with high tungsten content. Mix the tungsten-containing concentrate with aluminum carbide or calcium carbide and heat it to make tungsten carbide powder first.
(II) Preparation of alloy: Mix tungsten carbide powder with other ingredients in a certain proportion, pressurize it into various shapes, and then semi-sinter it. This sintering process is usually carried out in a vacuum furnace. Place it in a vacuum furnace to complete sintering, and then you can make tungsten carbide alloy products such as tungsten carbide alloy rods.
