Application of tungsten copper alloy
1. Electrode materials: Applied to high-hardness materials and thin-film electrode discharge machining, the surface finish of the electro-machining products is high, the precision is high, the loss is low, and the cost is effective.
2. Contact materials: Arc contacts and vacuum contacts of high and medium voltage switches or circuit breakers, circuit board welding and electrical contact points.
3. Welding materials: Submerged arc welding machine, gas shielded welding machine welding nozzle, radio resistance factory (producing carbon film resistors, metal film resistors) resistance welding machine butt welding material (copper tungsten alloy welding disc)
4. Guide materials: Various wire rolling steel, used for guiding and protecting materials.
