Physical form: Zirconium foil is usually gray to silver, has good ductility, and can be processed into thin sheets or foils. Its density is about 6.506g/cm³.
Physical properties: Zirconium foil has a high melting point (about 1852°C) and a high boiling point (about 4377°C), and a resistivity of 40μΩ·cm (20°C). In addition, a shiny oxide film is easily formed on the surface of zirconium, which makes zirconium have excellent corrosion resistance, but zirconium is soluble in hydrofluoric acid and aqua regia.
