The process of zirconium alloy seamless pipe is divided into forging, hot rolling, cold drawing, extrusion, welding, annealing and other stages. The raw material is high-purity zirconium-copper alloy, which is smelted at high temperature, forged or extruded, and then hot rolled, cold drawn and other processes, and finally welded into seamless pipes. Finally, annealing treatment is carried out to improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the pipe.
