The preparation methods of nickel particles include:
Electrolysis method: enriched sulfide ore is roasted into oxide, reduced to crude nickel with carbon, and then electrolyzed to obtain pure metallic nickel.
Carbonylation method: sulfide nickel ore reacts with carbon monoxide to produce tetracarbonyl nickel, which is heated and decomposed to obtain high-purity metallic nickel.
Hydrogen reduction method: nickel is obtained by reducing nickel oxide with hydrogen.
Ore calcination method: after the ore is calcined into oxide, it is reduced with water, gas or carbon to obtain nickel.
