The preparation of molybdenum-copper alloy mainly adopts the melt infiltration method, using high-quality molybdenum powder and oxygen-free copper powder, and isostatic pressing (high-temperature sintering-copper infiltration). It has fine structure, good arc breaking performance, good electrical conductivity, good thermal conductivity, and small thermal expansion. In addition, there are preparation methods such as chemical activation sintering method, powder metallurgy method combined with low-temperature rolling and annealing treatment.
