Powder preparation: Select high-purity Mo-1 molybdenum powder, and after screening, batching and other treatments, ensure that the particle size of the molybdenum powder is uniform and the purity meets the requirements.
Isostatic pressing: The treated molybdenum powder is loaded into the mold and placed in the isostatic press. The molybdenum powder is initially formed under high pressure to obtain a rough blank with a certain strength and density.
Rough blank turning: The rough blank is turned to remove excess material and initially form the shape of the crucible to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface roughness.
Intermediate frequency sintering: The rough blank is placed in the intermediate frequency sintering furnace for sintering, and the molybdenum powder particles are diffused and fused at high temperature to improve the density and strength of the molybdenum crucible and meet the final performance requirements.
Fine turning: The sintered molybdenum crucible is finely turned to further improve the dimensional accuracy and surface finish to meet the needs of different application fields.
Packaging: The processed molybdenum crucible is cleaned and inspected, and packaged after passing the inspection for transportation and storage.
