1. High-purity material preparation
Tantalum crucibles use high-purity tantalum oxide as raw material, which is powdered and accurately screened through chemical reactions to ensure particle uniformity and purity (usually more than 99.95%).
2. Precision molding process
Cold pressing molding: The powder is cold pressed into a blank through a mold under high pressure to ensure the initial shape and density.
Isostatic pressing technology: Some processes use isostatic pressing equipment to make the internal structure of the pressed blank more uniform and dense.
3. High-temperature sintering strengthening
Solid-state sintering is carried out at a temperature below the melting point of tantalum to enhance mechanical strength and chemical stability.
The sintering process requires precise control of temperature and atmosphere to avoid impurity contamination.
4. Machining and post-processing
Tantalum crucibles use tungsten steel tools for precision machining such as turning and milling to ensure dimensional accuracy (such as customized specifications with a diameter of 70-550mm and a height of 50-700mm).Internal stress is eliminated through heat treatment to improve material performance.
