Tantalum sheet processing method and surface treatment
1. Rolling
Put the tantalum ingot after preliminary forging treatment into the hot rolling mill or cold rolling mill and repeatedly press and stretch until the tantalum sheet product reaches the target thickness range.
2. Stamping
Use the mold and press to quickly cut the tantalum sheet into various regular or irregular shaped parts to meet the actual assembly requirements.
3. Surface treatment
Including polishing, oxide film formation and other process steps to further improve the appearance quality and performance of the tantalum sheet.
