Detailed introduction to the production process of high-purity tantalum tube products

Next, plastic processing is carried out. The tantalum raw materials are made into plate and strip shapes, and then rolled into tube shapes through plastic processing processes such as extrusion, forging, rolling and stretching.
Then, welding or seamless manufacturing is carried out. For welded tantalum tubes, the seams need to be welded by methods such as gas tungsten arc (GTAW) to ensure the firmness and sealing of the seams.
For seamless tantalum tubes, extrusion, tube reduction or deep drawing of plates can be used.
Finally, subsequent processing and testing are carried out. The tantalum tubes are further processed according to needs, such as cutting, polishing, etc., and quality inspection is carried out to ensure that the performance and quality of the tantalum tubes meet the standards.
