Manufacturing process of tantalum welded tube
Strip forming welding method:
The tantalum material is first made into a strip.
The strip is curled into a tube and the seams are welded using welding methods such as gas tungsten arc (GTAW).
This method is suitable for manufacturing tantalum tubes of various diameters and wall thicknesses.
Special process method:
A complex manufacturing process that includes assembling a tantalum tube inside a copper tube and assembling a copper rod inside a tantalum tube, followed by welding, hot extrusion, cold drawing and other steps.
This method is suitable for manufacturing high-precision, high-performance tantalum tubes, such as barrier layers for superconducting wires.
