Steps:
Powder preparation: prepare high-purity tantalum powder (purity ≥ 99.95%) by hydrogenation dehydrogenation (HDH) or plasma atomization.
Pressing: cold isostatic pressing (CIP) or hot isostatic pressing (HIP) molding, density ≥ 95% theoretical density.
Sintering: sintering at 1800-2200℃ under vacuum or inert gas protection to form a dense structure.
Machining: CNC machining center (CNC) or electric discharge machining (EDM) for finishing.
