1. Raw material preparation

2. Preparation of tantalum foil

1. Melting: Add high-purity metallic tantalum into an electric arc furnace and gradually melt it. When the melted tantalum liquid begins to solidify, it needs to be stirred evenly to make the size and structure of the tantalum crystals uniform.

2. Stretching: The melted tantalum liquid is extracted from the electric arc furnace and made into tantalum foil after a series of cooling, plastic processing and other processes. In this process, the temperature and speed need to be strictly controlled to obtain high-quality and high-strength tantalum foil.
