Advantages of our molybdenum-copper alloy
We use high-temperature sintering and infiltration to prepare molybdenum-copper alloy. We only use high-purity raw materials and do not add lubricants or sintering aids during processing. By changing the composition of molybdenum-copper alloy, its thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity can be adjusted. We can provide two-phase or three-phase molybdenum-copper alloys with copper content ranging from 5% to 95%.
1. High-performance alloys for aerospace
Molybdenum-copper alloys have excellent properties such as heat resistance, ablation resistance, high strength, good density and good self-cooling, and are widely used in the aerospace field.
2. Electrical contact materials
The molybdenum-copper alloy produced by our company has unique advantages such as no other elements except tungsten and copper, uniform composition, low gas impurity content, good ablation resistance, good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, and dense copper layer.
3. Electronic packaging and heat dissipation materials
We can provide electronic packaging materials with excellent dimensional stability, thermal uniformity and flatness, suitable for optoelectronic applications, with advantages such as high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, different thermal expansion coefficients matching different substrates, good thermal stability at high temperatures, and good processability.
