Raw material selection and smelting
High-purity electrolytic nickel is selected as raw material to ensure the purity of nickel strip.
Through vacuum smelting, gas and impurities in the raw material are removed to improve the overall quality of nickel strip.
Hot rolling and cold rolling
During the hot rolling process, the nickel ingot is heated and rolled into a preliminary shape, and attention is paid to controlling the rolling temperature and pressure to obtain uniform thickness and width.
During the cold rolling process, the semi-finished product after hot rolling is rolled and calendered multiple times. By accurately controlling the rolling force and the number of rolling times, the thickness and width of the nickel strip are further adjusted to the required specifications.
Annealing treatment
Annealing treatment can eliminate work hardening and improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of nickel strip. At the same time, it also helps to further adjust the dimensional accuracy of the nickel strip.
