Basic production process of nickel rods
The production process of nickel rods mainly includes melting method, powder metallurgy method and electrolysis method. Among them, the melting method is to heat the nickel powder to the melting point to melt it into liquid nickel, and then cool the liquid nickel into a solid nickel rod through a specific method; the powder metallurgy method is to mix the nickel powder with other additives and make a solid nickel rod through a pressing and sintering process; the electrolysis method is to prepare nickel rods by electrolyzing a solution containing nickel ions in an electrolytic cell.
