Material selection
Select high-quality nickel or nickel alloy materials as raw materials to ensure the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the flange.
Cutting
Cut the raw materials into suitable blanks according to the specifications and dimensions of the flange. Heating
Heat the blank to an appropriate temperature to increase its plasticity and reduce deformation resistance in preparation for subsequent forging or casting processes. Forming
Forging : Forge the heated blank into the shape of a flange by free forging, die forging or membrane forging. The forging force and deformation speed must be controlled during the forging process to ensure the dimensional accuracy and structural properties of the flange. Heat treatment
Heat treat the formed flange to improve its structure and performance. Cutting (turning)
Cut the heat-treated flange to meet the requirements of its dimensional accuracy and surface roughness. Cutting usually includes turning, milling, drilling and other processes.
Inspection
Carry out a comprehensive inspection on the finished flange, including size, shape, surface quality, mechanical properties, etc. Ensure that the flange meets the design requirements and relevant standards.
