Manufacturing process of pure nickel foil
The production of pure nickel foil usually includes steps such as smelting, rolling and annealing.
First, the high-purity nickel material is melted into liquid, injected into a molding machine through continuous casting or casting to form an ingot, and then rolled multiple times to reduce the thickness, and finally annealed to rearrange the grain boundaries and improve its mechanical properties and electrical conductivity.

A: Commonly two payment term for new customers: 1) 30% T/T as deposit , 70% balance against B/L copy; 2) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight;If you need any other terms, pls feel free to contact us too, we will try our best.
