Product introduction of nickel crucible
The product classification of nickel crucibles mainly includes the following types
High-pressure crucible: The main types are disposable stainless steel crucibles and reusable Nimon alloy crucibles, which can withstand pressures up to 15 MPa. The sealing of high-pressure crucibles requires the use of special sealing tools.
Medium-pressure crucible: The maximum pressure allowed is 2 MPa, usually for one-time use.
Low-pressure crucible: The most commonly used type of crucible, mainly aluminum crucibles, with a pressure resistance usually lower than 0.3 MPa. Small-volume crucibles have a small signal time constant and low heat flow hysteresis; samples with weak thermal effects can use large-volume crucibles to increase the number of test samples.
