Preparation process of Zhenan pure nickel tube
The preparation process of pure nickel tube (N6) mainly includes the following steps:
1. Raw material preparation: Select high-purity nickel ore or nickel concentrate as raw material, and prepare it into raw material suitable for smelting through pretreatment processes such as crushing and grinding.
2. Smelting: Put the raw material into the smelting furnace and smelt it at high temperature. During the smelting process, the smelting temperature and smelting time need to be controlled to ensure the uniform composition of the alloy and low impurity content.
3. Refining: The smelted nickel liquid needs to be refined to further reduce the impurity content. Refining methods include vacuum refining, oxygen blowing refining, etc.
4. Casting and rolling: The refined nickel liquid is made into ingots or billets through a casting process, and then processed into the required pure nickel tube (N6) through hot rolling, cold rolling and other processes. During the rolling process, the rolling temperature and rolling passes need to be controlled to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the pipe.
5. Welding and cutting: For longer pure nickel tubes (N6), welding can be used for connection; for tubes of a specific length, cutting is required to meet actual needs.
