Nickel strip usually contains elements such as chromium, iron, copper, titanium, aluminum, etc. The following are the functions and content ranges of these elements:
1. Nickel: It is the main component of nickel strip, which can improve the corrosion resistance, thermal stability and magnetic properties of the alloy, and the general content is more than 80%.
2. Chromium: It improves the corrosion resistance and high temperature strength of the alloy, and the content is usually between 10-20%.
3. Iron: Adding an appropriate amount of iron can improve the hardness and strength of the alloy, and can also reduce costs. The general content is between 5-15%.
4. Copper: It can improve the thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance of the alloy, and at the same time increase the machinability of the alloy. The general content is between 1-5%.
5. Titanium: It can improve the heat treatment performance and mechanical properties of the alloy, and its content is generally between 1-3%.
6. Aluminum: It can improve the strength and hardness of the alloy through solid solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening, and its content is generally between 1-3%.
In addition, nickel strips may also contain trace amounts of silicon, manganese, carbon and other elements to adjust the structure and properties of the alloy.

Q: How about the MOQ? If my first order qty is small, will you accept?

Q: What is your payment terms ?
