1. Common weaving methods
Plain weave: It is the most common weaving method of nickel wire mesh. Its main feature is that the density of warp and weft wire diameters is the same, and the mesh holes are generally square holes.
Twill weave: Unlike plain weave, the intersection points of warp and weft wires of twill weave are arranged obliquely, which increases the interweaving density of nickel mesh wires and improves the strength of nickel wire mesh.
Dutch weaving: Including plain Dutch weave, twill Dutch weave and reverse Dutch weave, etc. These weaving methods are characterized by regular mesh shape and stable filtering performance, which are suitable for occasions with high requirements for filtering accuracy.
2. Special weaving process
Dense weave: Such as plain dense weave mesh, twill dense weave mesh, etc., by increasing the interweaving density of warp and weft wires, the filtering accuracy and strength of nickel wire mesh are improved.
Bamboo flower weaving: It is a special weaving method of nickel wire mesh. The mesh shape is unique and has certain decorative and practicality.

Q: What is your payment terms ?
A: Commonly two payment term for new customers: 1) 30% T/T as deposit , 70% balance against B/L copy; 2) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight;If you need any other terms, pls feel free to contact us too, we will try our best.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000 tons, so for common product size, just need 5 days from stocks; if the special size from new production, delivery 7 days.
