Surface treatment of niobium wire
Chemical polishing: Use HF+HNO₃ mixed acid (1:9 volume ratio) and treat at room temperature for 30 seconds to remove the surface oxide layer.
Coating deposition: When physical vapor deposition (PVD) TiN coating, the substrate temperature is controlled at 200-300℃ to avoid oxidation of the niobium substrate.
Precision forming of niobium wire
Winding process: Tension control ≤5N (thin wire), winding speed ≤100 rpm to prevent wire breakage.
Microstructure processing: During laser micromachining, the pulse width is ≤100ns to avoid performance degradation due to expansion of the heat affected zone.
