Raw material pretreatment: Cobalt-containing ore or waste is prepared into cobalt-containing electrolyte through leaching, purification and other processes.
Electrolytic deposition: In the electrolytic cell, a cobalt-containing solution is used as the electrolyte, and direct current is used to reduce and deposit cobalt ions at the cathode to form a metal cobalt layer.
Stripping and processing: The deposited cobalt layer is stripped from the cathode and made into a sheet product through processes such as rolling and cutting.
