Melting method of Zhen'an zinc wire

Then, put the pure zinc wire into the melting steel crucible. Then put the melting steel crucible into the furnace and start heating. Depending on the number and size of the pure zinc wire, the heating time and temperature will vary. During the heating process, melting fuels such as melting gas or electricity will be used to provide energy, so that the pure zinc wire in the steel crucible gradually heats up and melts. Once the pure zinc wire is completely melted into a liquid state, the next step can be carried out.
Next, pour the molten pure zinc liquid into the melting mold as needed to make a formed zinc wire. The melting mold is usually made of metal or ceramic, which can withstand high temperatures and maintain the shape of the zinc liquid. After pouring into the mold, the zinc liquid is cooled and solidified in the mold, and the solidified zinc wire can be taken out for subsequent processing and use.
Finally, sort out and clean the smelting equipment and work site. A certain amount of waste slag and residue will be generated during the smelting process, which needs to be cleaned and processed in time. At the same time, the smelting equipment should be cleaned and maintained for the next use.
