The tensile strength of the coated tungsten wire produced by our factory is usually expressed in g/mg/200mm. Standard tensile strengths range from 40 to 110 grams.
Straightening degree of coated tungsten wire:
Coated tungsten wire can be straightened through a mechanical or heat treatment process.
Tungsten wire cracking:
Longitudinal cracks are called cracks if their depth exceeds 15% of the diameter of the tungsten wire. Use an eddy current separator to detect cracks in the tungsten wire. The cracks of the tungsten wire products produced by our factory will not exceed 5% under a given length.
