A: We are a product producer and trader with more than 30 years of experience.
Q2: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: FOB price is usually at least 10 kg.
Q3: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we provide you with free samples, but the courier fee is paid by you. Standard and with certificate. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q4: How long is your delivery time?
A: Samples only take 1 day, and mass production time for order quantity over 100 kg takes 2-3 days.
Q5: How do you ship and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Sample orders are usually shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 4-5 days to arrive. Air and sea shipping are also available for formal orders.
