Size and preparation method of W crucible
The diameter of tungsten crucible products produced by our factory is between 10mm and 500mm, the height is between 10mm and 750mm, and the wall thickness is between 8mm and 20mm. They are formed by turning and welding of tungsten rods. Tungsten crucibles can be used in inert gases below 2400℃ and vacuum. W has a high melting point, good high temperature strength, good abrasion resistance, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient and good hardenability.
Production method, the preparation steps of W crucible include batch mixing, isostatic pressing, shaping, sintering and finishing. The batching uses four different tungsten powders with a particle size range of 1.0~5.0um; the isostatic pressing pressure is about 200MPa, and the holding time is about 7 minutes; the sintering temperature is about 2300°C, and the sintering time is about 7 hours.
